The La Tamalera is a 39-inch tall, freestanding manual tamale machine. Weighing 86 pounds with a base of 18 inches x 12 inches, it is easy to store. This practical and user-friendly machine allows for single or two-person operation. Its unique design does not require meat to be ground, and it disassembles easily for cleaning.

Easy to Operate

1. Remove the head by unlocking the two lock handles and sliding out the stainless steel bar.
2. Place masa and meat in the respective cylinders (masa should be at room temperature).
3. Reattach the head and secure it with the bar and lock handles.
4. Turn the hand crank to make tamales.
